Strong adaptability to production environment

  The vision series reflow soldering system has a variety of length and transfer options. This modular design concept provides great flexibility for production. With a flexible transmission system, the track width and transmission speed of visionxs can be set separately according to requirements. The integrated cooling unit is located on the back of the system and the cooling filter is easy to replace. Due to the use of sustainable materials and durable components, the maintenance demand of the system is lower and the maintenance process is more humanized. Using the strong cooling unit, the components can be cooled stably and smoothly through multi-stage cooling.

  Extended cooling

  For some large, heavy or sensitive components, the standard cooling module is sometimes insufficient to achieve the required cooling slope. At this time, you need a controllable extended cooling system, which can be achieved by increasing the length of the cooling zone or selecting the bottom cooling unit.

  Rapid exhaust

  With the rapid exhaust function, the process gas can be discharged in a short time to reach the expected temperature. When the system switches to the process configuration program with lower temperature, the quick exhaust function is automatically activated to exhaust the process gas using the internal exhaust system in the cooling pipeline. When the temperature reaches the required range of the new configuration program, the rapid exhaust function stops automatically. If nitrogen is used for welding, the required residual oxygen must be reset by adding nitrogen after venting.

  Residue management system

  Like all industrial processes, SMT production must remove impurities (residues) generated during the welding process of solder paste, circuit board or components, such as solder smoke, residues or other organic compounds, from the process cycle. The high-efficiency residue management system can safely and reliably purify the process gas and keep the furnace clean and dry. It ensures excellent welding quality, less off-line maintenance time and longer service life of the equipment.
