In order to overcome the limitations of existing AOI equipment, the industry has made various attempts, but it is difficult to find a solution. 

JEENOCE's Zenith 3D AOI series overcomes this problem by using the independently developed True 3D patented technology. 

It can not only perform three-dimensional measurement and inspection of the shape of components, but also measure and inspect solder joints, patterns, and foreign matter detection on assembled PCBs. 

In addition, through artificial intelligence (AI) technology, we not only overcome the existing 2D and 2.5D problems, but also overcome the weaknesses and detection problems of AOI that claims to be 3D.

The Zenith AOI series is the only solution in the industry that can provide inspection result values according to IPC-610 (standard requirements for electronic assembly acceptability).

IPC-based solder joint inspection

Using PCB Gerber data, JEENOCE's 3D AOI system can measure the appearance and solder joint of components according to IPC-610 (standard for electronic assembly acceptability requirements). 

This can reduce the gold plate or time-consuming manual setting procedure operations that are usually required.

You can set the test conditions as defined in the IPC-610 parameters, and you can choose between Class I, Class II, and Class III for testing.
