When using the dispensing process, the more appropriate the dispensing accuracy, the higher the dispensing effect and product yield, in order to effectively reduce the cost loss of the enterprise. The dispensing positioning accuracy is one of the important reference technical indicators. The higher the accuracy of the dispensing machine, the better the performance of the machine. The positioning accuracy mentioned here is not only reflected in the dispensing process itself, but also in whether the dispensing position is accurate and whether the shape of the dispensing meets the requirements. The accuracy of the dispensing position is determined by the precision of the dispensing motion control platform, which requires us to clarify the difference between dispensing positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
1. Different definitions
Positioning accuracy refers to the difference between the actual coordinates of the automatic dispensing machine moving to the target position and the standard position. The smaller the difference, the higher the accuracy, which is also a prerequisite for ensuring the accuracy of equipment production.
Repetitive positioning accuracy refers to the ability of a device to repeatedly move according to a predetermined program under the same conditions, returning to a specific position time and time again. The accuracy value of repeated positioning refers to the range value measured when returning to a specific position.
2. Different meanings
Positioning accuracy is a numerical value obtained based on actual measurements, which can be used as a standard to determine the automatic production status of equipment and has special significance.
The precision of repeated positioning focuses more on the expression of equipment production stability. In general, the precision of repeated positioning will exhibit a normal distribution of accidental errors, which will affect the consistency of the entire batch of production products and is an important performance indicator.
3. Different inspection methods
Positioning accuracy is usually determined by the process of moving and measuring the defined position to determine the positioning accuracy of the system. For example, when the motion controller indicates a straight line stage to move to a specific position, once the motion is completed, the actual displacement value generated by the automatic dispensing machine in that stage can be obtained. Then, by comparing and combining with external precision feedback devices, the positioning accuracy can be obtained.
The repeated positioning accuracy is usually measured at the midpoint of each coordinate stroke and any three positions near the two ends. Quickly move to locate each position and repeat the motion seven times under the same conditions to measure the coordinate value of the positioning point, and then calculate the difference in reading.
