Reasons and solutions for bubbles generated during the operation of the dispensing machine

Release time:2023-11-15Publisher:Jeenoce

This has greatly increased the production of enterprises. Of course, automation equipment cannot avoid some problems during work, and how to deal with these problems? Today, JEENOCE will talk about one of the automation equipment. Next, let's take a look at the causes of bubbles generated during the operation of the AB glue dispensing machine and what good solutions are available.

1. Unclean working environment

If the environment of the production factory is not clean for a long time, it may affect the operation of the dispensing machine, so the working factory should be thoroughly cleaned.

2. Incorrect method of mixing adhesive

When stirring Abu glue, first rotate clockwise for a while and then counterclockwise for a while, which is easier to form bubbles. When stirring, pay attention to mixing clockwise, try to maintain one direction, and be careful not to stir too quickly.

3. Poor sealing performance of AB dispensing machine

The formation of bubbles may be related to the sealing on vending machine equipment. Poor sealing of the rubber bucket or valve may cause bubbles and affect the coating effect, which requires further inspection and maintenance.

4. Gluing time too long

If the AB adhesive is left for too long after mixing, its viscosity will increase and bubbles are easily generated during operation. When using, pay attention to the discharge of AB glue after mixing and try to shorten the working time as much as possible.

5. Excessive amount of glue used

If the shape of many AB adhesives is too large, the adhesive will quickly harden, and over time, the adhesive will become very viscous, making it difficult to remove bubbles. When using, please prepare the adhesive according to the dispensing workload.

6. No vacuum defoaming or insufficient time

Vacuum defoaming is a method of removing bubbles, and it is generally recommended to control the time within 6-8 minutes.

How to solve the bubble problem in the AB dispensing machine

Foam dispensing often occurs in the ab dispenser industry, which is usually caused by something not working as expected. If bubbles appear when using the dispenser, the following three methods can be used to solve the problem.

1. Vacuum defoaming

Create a pump that can quickly extract a vacuum of at least 29 inches of mercury, place the epoxy resin in it, and then vacuum the internal epoxy resin to remove any bubbles.

2. Centrifuge

To remove bubbles from the distributor distribution valve, it is necessary to run the centrifuge at 1000-3000 RPM for 3 minutes to remove bubbles.

3. Heating

Preheat the adhesive to 35 ℃ -40 ℃ for about 10 minutes. If there are still many bubbles in the epoxy resin, the heating time can be slightly increased.

In summary, the reasons for the occurrence of bubbles in the AB dispensing machine include poor sealing performance of the equipment, high glue content, and lack of vacuum defoaming. This article also proposes solutions, which can be referenced if bubbles occur.
