How to solve the problem of glue failure during the operation of the glue dispenser?

Every type of mechanical equipment may encounter some problems during operation, which can lead to substandard products. Some people believe that AB glue dispensers have seen them before, mainly used in electronic products such as LED lights, MP4, electronic toys, etc. Next, let's take a look at how AB glue dispensers may not be able to hold the glue in their work. How to solve this problem.

There are five possible reasons why the AB glue dispenser always drips glue: unqualified quality of the glue valve, worn sealing parts, corrosion, too thin glue application, too high air pressure, and too small needle diameter of the glue dispenser.

1. Poor quality glue valve leaks, poor processing accuracy, loose valve closure, and glue will flow out of the glue dispenser.

2. If the rubber valve is used for too long or the rubber itself is corrosive, it can damage the seal. In this case, when the rubber valve is closed, there will be a gap, which greatly reduces the back suction effect. The glue will also drip, so if the glue valve is used for a long time, the glue will also drip. Please try replacing the packing first!

3. The adhesive filler particles are too large and the proportion is too large, causing wear on the sealing ring. Replacing it with a better quality adhesive can solve the problem.

4. If the air pressure is too low, it can also cause glue to hang. If the air pressure is too low, the vertical movement of the cylinder is weak, and the suction is insufficient, the glue will hang. Try increasing the air pressure slightly.

5. The dripping of the rubber valve in the AB glue filling machine often occurs after the rubber valve is closed. 95% of this phenomenon is due to the small diameter of the needle used. If the needle is too small, it will affect the flow of liquid, and immediately produce back pressure and dripping after the rubber valve is closed.

If the needle is too small, it can also affect the air release action of the rubber valve at the beginning of use. This problem can be solved by replacing a larger needle. The conical needle can reduce back pressure and make fluid flow smoother. When the rubber valve is closed, the air in the liquid leaks out. It is better to remove the air in the liquid or use adhesive that does not allow bubbles to enter, or use adhesive after centrifugal defoaming.

Based on the above, it can be seen that the problems of the AB glue dispenser not being able to collect the glue include wear and corrosion of the sealing components, too thin glue application, and high air pressure.
