　　Cooling

　　Depending on the system model, visionxc can be equipped with 2, 3 or 4-stage cold zone units to control the cooling slope by accurately adjusting the optional independent adjustable fans in each area. Even in the lead-free welding process, the components can be cooled to below 50 ℃ without stress. We can provide you with customized product solutions and create better conditions for personalized production.

　　Heating zone

　　All heating zones of visionxc can be controlled separately and thermally separated from each other, so as to ensure flexible temperature curve management and stable reflow process. The visionxc reflow soldering system uses multiple peak areas and significantly optimizes heat transfer. The distance between the nozzle area and the transfer surface is short, and the gas flow rate in the top and bottom heating areas can be adjusted separately to ensure complete and uniform heating of the components.

　　Condensing system

　　The liquid residue is first condensed and filtered in the cooling unit and then removed. The filter is located at the back of the system and can be cleaned and replaced directly without opening the furnace. Depending on the system model, the condensing system adopts 2, 3 or 4-stage cooling.
