Working principle of curve dividing machine:


The curve dividing machine uses the milling cutter to rotate at high speed to cut the multi connected PCB according to the pre programmed path, instead of breaking the PCB manually, so as to improve the product quality and reduce the scrap rate.


The curve dividing machine has fast dividing speed and high precision, and is equipped with a hand-held trainer. The program editor can teach manually or import G code. It has the functions of import and export, copying the connected array, editing and modification, and simplifies the straight-line time and accuracy of the program.


According to the thickness of the plate, the cutting speed can be selected, and the speed can be customized according to the requirements of the manufacturer
