How to clean the reflow soldering furnace?

Release time:2022-05-30Publisher:Jeenoce

After reflow soldering is used for a period of time, rosin flux from the virtual high school will remain in the inner wall of the reflow soldering furnace and the pipes in the cooling area. A large amount of residues will reduce the reflow soldering temperature and welding quality. Therefore, the cooler must be manually disassembled for cleaning, and the inside of the reflow soldering furnace must be wiped and cleaned. So, how to clean the reflow soldering furnace?

First, prepare tools for cleaning reflow soldering furnace, including spanner, ultrasonic cleaner, rubber glove protector, furnace cleaner, inner antler, shovel, etc., and then clean according to the following steps.

1. first, confirm that all welding products in the reflow furnace have been output, then turn off the heating power in the heating zone and wait for 40 minutes.

2. when the temperature cools to 60 ℃, disconnect the external connection in the reflow furnace, start the motor in the pneumatic furnace, and open the furnace.

3. it is observed that rosin flux is more at the inlet and cooling area when reflow soldering is used. Due to the high temperature in the high temperature area, the flux rosin passing through the area is gaseous and relatively small.

4. the cleaning of reflow soldering furnace is divided into two parts. Ultrasonic cleaning machine and fixture cleaning agent shall be used for ultrasonic cleaning of detachable parts, and furnace cleaning agent shall be used for cleaning of non detachable parts.

5. prepare the ultrasonic equipment, introduce the detergent into the ultrasonic equipment, and then turn on the ultrasonic.

6. put the removed condenser, recovery pipe and reflow soldering parts into the ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning, and directly dry them after cleaning.

7. other things that are not easy to put into the ultrasonic machine can be manually cleaned with the furnace cleaner. The furnace cleaner must be a non corrosive product. Cleaning with a corrosive cleaner will cause corrosion on the metal surface and damage the equipment.

During the process of cleaning the reflow furnace, be sure to wear goggles and masks to protect yourself.
