1. Determine the direction and front and back sides of the PCB board to be cut, and put it on the special fixture. When placing, press gently with the palm of your hand. After confirming that it is in place, close the cover of the daughter board clamp. get ready.


2. Press the left and right green buttons, the workbench will automatically enter the division position, click the software button of the curve divider, pay attention to the red button when checking, and observe whether each position needs to be cut is correct. After the inspection, the workbench will exit automatically. After checking, click the stop button on the software. At this time, the button is red. Wait a few seconds and it will turn green.


3. After completing a series of inspections, the curve divider starts processing. Click the button on the software, the shunt will start to work, and the vacuum cleaner, spindle and electrostatic eliminator will also start automatically.


4. Pay attention to whether the cutting position is correct when the dividing machine works. If the cutting position is incorrect, offset or not in the cutting position, there is a red stop button on the left and right sides of the machine. At this time, just press one of them. People and machines will stop immediately. Engineers need to find engineers to solve them after the machine stops.


5. After the curve dividing machine cuts the PCB board, the workbench automatically exits, and all the cut PCB boards are qualified. If there are unqualified products, modify the path of the milling cutter to ensure that the cut PCB board is qualified, take out the processed PCB board, and then put it back into the PCB board cutter fixture for processing.
