1、 Risk factors of general dividing machine

The danger of the dividing machine equipment is mainly the moving parts of the equipment, such as transmission mechanism and cutting tools, moving workpieces and chips. If the equipment is defective, the protective device fails or the operation is improper, personal injury or death may be caused at any time. Uncoiler, plate cutter, Slitter, automatic welding, plate coiler, tooling machine, air compressor, air pressure pump, hydraulic press, wire winding machine, shotcrete machine, mixer, crane, cutting machine, bench drill and other dangerous factors exist.

Safety operation rules for board splitting machine operators;

1) Please read this manual and the operation manual of the auxiliary machine in detail, and operate the on-board machine according to the instructions of the manual.

2) Please follow the safety rules of this board loading machine and ensure compliance with the regulations.

3) Please use protective equipment and clothing according to regulations.

4) Do not touch electrical equipment with wet hands.

5) During operation, if you want to tidy up the periphery of the loading machine, please ensure safety.

6) During operation, no part of the body is allowed to enter the equipment.

7) In case of any abnormality during operation, please stop the machine immediately and deal with it according to the abnormality handling method or contact the company

8) After daily operation, please clean the periphery of the board loading equipment.

9) When leaving the equipment after daily operation, please turn off the power supply and main control valve according to the correct method

10) It is forbidden to modify the emergency stop circuit and confirm the action.

11) It is forbidden to modify the emergency stop button, safety shield, switch to confirm closing, safety photocell, safety bolt, etc.

12) It is forbidden to pull out the safety switch or cancel the safety protection function.

13) Regularly maintain and confirm whether the abnormal stop action is normal. However, at this time, it is necessary to put the sign and notice that other people are not allowed to approach in a prominent position to inform that the device is currently very stopped or that the automatic safety device is being tested. However, the persons who need and are permitted during preservation and adjustment are not subject to this restriction.

14) Regularly maintain and confirm whether the very safe detection and protection actions are normal. However, at this time, it is necessary to put the sign and notice that other people cannot approach in a prominent position to inform the device that the automatic safety device is currently being tested.

2、 Restrictions on change of conditions;

1) If the setting conditions of the on-board machine equipment (the nameplate, mark and other clearly displayed setting values on the equipment such as voltage, current, pressure and speed) need to be changed, it must be implemented with the permission of the person in charge or leader. When the setting conditions are changed, the values before and after the change must be recorded.

2) The quality of workpieces must be determined according to the sampling inspection cycle specified in the project management details. In case of any abnormality, it shall immediately report to the person in charge or leader and follow their instructions.

3、 Safety confirmation during maintenance;

1) During overhaul and repair, please take the following steps to ensure safety.

2) Stop the loading machine and confirm that all mechanisms and facilities are stopped in a safe position.

3) When entering the board loading equipment, please confirm the status of each safety mechanism. If necessary, assign a special person to monitor or pull out the safety switch lock and safety pin, and carry it with you.

4) All power supplies such as the main switch of the power box and the switch of the motor must be cut off, and the parts with locking devices must be locked, etc.

5) Use the specified component.

6) Please use the designated products for fuses and other overcurrent protectors and maintenance parts.

7) Please pay attention to the nameplate posted on the equipment to correctly operate the on-board equipment and correct safe operation behavior. This nameplate is very important. Please do not damage or tear it off. If the nameplate is damaged or missing, please be sure to contact the person in charge or leader.
