2. Partial short circuit or open circuit of winding: there are three reasons for this situation: one is that the armature winding or commutator blade is desoldered, the other is that the bearing or copper sleeve is worn, resulting in rotor chamber sweeping, and the third is that the position of four brushes is installed incorrectly during installation or the clearance of the newly replaced shaft sleeve is too large. When starting the PCB splitter, the shift fork is not installed correctly, and the sliding column device of the shift fork is in the moving bushing, so that the motor gear cannot rotate with the shift fork.


3. When the PCB splitter is started, the motor will rotate. The clearance between the iron core of the electromagnetic switch and the push rod of the connecting plate is too large, causing the one-way clutch to slip and unable to drive the flywheel ring gear to rotate. Once the gear of the starting motor is seriously worn, it will not run in well with the flywheel ring gear. The electromagnetic switch is always on and always on, which means that after pressing the start switch, the iron core of the electromagnetic switch will be taken off immediately as soon as it is sucked up, and then it will be sucked up again, and then it will be taken off immediately, which can not achieve the effect of starting the initiator. The common reason for this problem is to insist on the open circuit of the coil.
