Step 1: hammer out the angle of the divided PCB circuit board and place it in a special mold

The operator of the curve dividing machine shall hammer out the angle and positive and negative sides of the divided PCB board and place it in the special mold. During the placing process, it shall be gently pressed down by hand. After confirming the placing, cover the outer cover of the dividing mold tightly. At this time, it is all ready. The operator presses the green buttons on both hands, and the console will open automatically.

To the board splitting angle, click the system button of the curve board splitting machine. Note that the button is red during the inspection. Carefully observe whether each angle that must be divided is correct. After the inspection, the console will withdraw automatically. Until the inspection is correct, click the knot button on the system. At this time, the button is red and will turn green after waiting for a few seconds.

Step 2: after various inspections, the curve dividing machine is started for formal production and processing. The operator needs to click the button on the software, the PCB dividing machine starts to work, and the vacuum cleaner, spindle bearing and electrostatic elimination device will also be started automatically. During the operation of PCB dividing machine, pay attention to carefully observe whether the dividing angle is correct. If the dividing angle is wrong, offset or not in the dividing angle, there are red end buttons on the left and right sides of the equipment. At this time, just press and hold one of the equipment and it will end immediately. After the equipment is finished, you must find a way to deal with it immediately.

Step 3: after the curve dividing machine divides the PCB board, the console will withdraw automatically, and all the divided PCB boards meet the standard. If there are unqualified products, you must find the operation path of some milling cutters immediately. After confirming that the divided PCBs meet the standard, the operator can take out the produced and processed PCB boards, Then put it into the PCB board cutter die that must be produced and processed again.
