1. The lamp strip dividing machine adopts a unique cutting method. The circuit board cutting is completed by six blades. The upper and lower blades form a group to form a cutting unit, which are groups a, B, C and C respectively. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages. 2. Due to multiple cutting, the cutting process is very stable, which greatly improves the positioning ability of the V-CUT slot. Even for the circuit board with very shallow V-CUT slot, the V-CUT slot will not jump out of the guide knife, so as to avoid adverse effects;

3. Due to the small cutting force of the blade and the use of high-speed steel materials imported from Japan, the durability of the blade is greatly improved, and the service life of the blade can reach more than one year when dividing the aluminum substrate;

4. All cutting blades of the light strip dividing machine are calibrated with an exciting dual frequency laser interferometer to ensure that the rear knife can accurately continue cutting in the groove cut by the front knife. The tool tip runout shall not be greater than 0.02mm. Ensure perfect cutting quality.
