What are the advantages of PCB milling cutter dividing machine

Curve dividing machine, also known as milling cutter dividing machine, is different from other types of dividing machines. It mainly uses the high-speed rotating spindle to drive the milling cutter to divide the multi connected PCB boards according to the programmed road for high-precision segmentation. Milling cutter dividing machine also has the classification methods of off-line dividing machine and on-line dividing machine, as well as the classification of single worktable and double worktable.

It is quite different from traditional hand breaking, knife walking, stamping and other machines, and has the following characteristics:

1. The curve dividing machine replaces the cutting defects of manual breaking, V-CUT or push, greatly improves the product quality and reduces the scrap rate;

2. When cutting with milling cutter, the cutting stress is small, about 1% of that of hand breaking type and 0.1% of that of stamping type, which greatly reduces the hidden damage to PCBA board.

3. The milling cutter has high cutting accuracy, and the cutting surface is smooth without burrs. For customers with high product requirements, it is recommended to select curve dividing machine;

4. The curve divider can cut straight lines, arcs, curves and oblique lines. Compared with the knife divider, aluminum substrate divider and light strip divider, it has higher flexibility and better applicability.
