It is recommended to use a quick drying glue automatic dispensing machine when using instant glue. The selection of the dispensing device is very important. According to the characteristics of the glue, aluminum or plastic products should not be used, otherwise they will quickly solidify and cause the dispensing valve to malfunction and need to be replaced. Therefore, it is recommended to use materials that meet the characteristics, such as anaerobic glue dispensing valve and peristaltic pump. The two accessories are made of PTFE material, which is a material that will not react chemically with quick drying glue before dispensing can be carried out!

The use of UV glue is relatively simple, as long as it is not exposed to ultraviolet radiation before dispensing, the glue will not solidify. Therefore, to ensure the effectiveness of UV glue dispensing, opaque dispensing devices such as dispensing valves, green dispensing needles, or packaged needles can be used to prevent UV glue from being irradiated. After dispensing, the product will be irradiated with a UV curing lamp to accelerate solidification. This is usually configured on every fully automatic dispensing machine that uses UV glue.

In addition to understanding the characteristics of glue usage, it is also necessary to understand the viscosity of the glue. The fully automatic glue dispenser is actually the control of the fluid, and the viscosity size will seriously affect the dispensing efficiency. Generally, there is more viscosity glue in use, and low viscosity glue is used for coating, with good fluidity and a large coating area. High viscosity glue is difficult to dispense and difficult to transport, so it is used relatively small. The commonly used viscosity range of glue in fully automatic glue dispensers is about 1~30000CPS (1 viscosity is equivalent to water fluidity). The dual liquid glue dispensing mainly involves controlling the dual liquid ratio. Why do we need to install glue metering devices such as gear pumps, metering pumps, and screw pumps to control the glue output ratio? The glue has a ratio of 1:1 to 10:1, and relying solely on the dual liquid dispensing valve cannot achieve accurate mixing of glue above 3:1. It is necessary to use a gear pump to calculate the amount of glue, so as to ensure accurate proportion.
