The quality of reflow soldering is directly affected by the temperature control of the reflow soldering machine. 1、 The first factor to consider when adjusting the temperature of a reflow soldering machine is the specific situation of the reflow soldering machine equipment, such as the length of the heating zone, the material of the heating source, the structure of the reflow soldering furnace, and the heat conduction mode.

2、 The solder paste manufacturer will provide them with their own temperature curve as a reference, so the temperature adjustment of the reflow soldering machine should consider the temperature curve of the solder paste. Solder paste with different metal contents has different temperature curves. When adjusting the temperature of the reflow soldering machine, the temperature curve provided by the solder paste supplier should be taken into account to adjust the temperature of the reflow soldering machine for specific products.
