Release time:2024-01-03Publisher:Jeenoce

Nothing is perfect and can lead to various problems, so we should know the causes and solutions to these problems. Similarly, the same applies to dispensing machines.

Regardless of the type of dispensing machine, various problems may arise, such as slow flow rate and presence of bubbles. What should be done when such a problem arises?

Two suggestions:

1. Slow flow rate: If the flow rate is too slow, the pipeline should be changed from 1/4 "to 3/8". If the pipeline is not needed, it should be as short as possible. In addition to changing the pipes, it is also necessary to change the rubber mouth and air pressure, which will completely accelerate the flow rate.

2. Bubbles in fluid: Excessive fluid pressure, combined with too short valve opening time, may allow air to seep into the liquid. The solution is to reduce fluid pressure and use a conical oblique needle.

Following the above methods can solve the problems of bubbles and slow flow rate in the dispensing machine. Reminder everyone that when using the dispensing machine, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions to operate it in a standardized manner, in order to reduce the probability of abnormal occurrences. Only in this way can the machine work better and greatly improve work efficiency.
