SMT reflow soldering temperature range

The temperature range of SMT reflow soldering is as follows:

1. Temperature setting in the heating zone: The heating rate should be set at 2 to 4 ℃/second.

2. Preheating zone temperature zone setting: The temperature is between 130 to 190 ℃, and the time is suitable for 80 to 120 seconds.

3. Temperature setting of the reflow zone: The temperature of the reflow zone is the peak temperature of reflow welding, which is set at 240 to 260 ℃. It is recommended to adjust the melting time above 240 ℃ to 30 to 40 seconds.

4. Temperature setting of cooling zone: The rate of reflow soldering cooling zone should be 4 ℃/s.

The temperature setting for reflow soldering varies depending on the state and structure of the reflow soldering radiator. First article testing should be conducted on the product in advance, and batch reflow soldering operations can only be carried out after the temperature setting is reasonable to ensure production quality.
