1. Insulation performance of reflow soldering equipment


Touch the equipment surface of the reflow furnace (corresponding to the reflow area) and do not feel hot (the surface temperature should be lower than 60 ℃). If you feel hot, it means that the heat preservation performance of the reflow soldering furnace is poor, and a large amount of electric energy is converted into heat energy for dissipation, resulting in unnecessary energy waste. In summer, if the heat loss in the workshop will lead to the temperature rise in the workshop, we have to use air conditioning devices to discharge these heat energy outdoors, which will directly double the waste of energy.


2. Sealing of reflow welding furnace


The warping of furnace chamber and equipment leakage will directly lead to the straight-line rise of nitrogen consumption. Therefore, the tightness of the equipment is crucial to the control of production costs. Facts have proved that even a small leak, even a leak the size of a screw hole, may increase the consumption of nitrogen from 15 cubic meters per hour to 40 cubic meters per hour.

3. Exhaust


If the equipment does not have a good flow management system, and the discharge of flow depends on exhaust, the equipment will discharge heat and nitrogen while discharging the remaining flow, which directly leads to the increase of energy consumption.


4. Maintenance cost


Reflow soldering furnace has high production efficiency in large-scale continuous production. It can produce hundreds of mobile phone circuit boards every hour. If the furnace maintenance cycle is short, the maintenance workload is large, and the maintenance time is long, it is bound to occupy more production time, resulting in a waste of production efficiency. In order to reduce the maintenance cost, lead-free reflow soldering equipment should adopt modular design as much as possible to provide convenience for equipment maintenance and repair.
