Development trend of LED lamp strip aluminum substrate dividing machine and LED fluorescent lamp

With the continuous high-speed development of technology, lighting technology continues to surpass. Recently, LED fluorescent lighting has slowly replaced energy-saving lighting and become one of the first LED lamps to enter the room, because it has too many advantages compared with fluorescent lamps.

Compared with fluorescent lamps, LED fluorescent lamps have the following advantages:

1. LED fluorescent lamps have high efficiency:

The efficiency of lamps and lanterns mainly refers to the effective lighting effect of lighting. Because the fluorescent lamp emits light at 360 degrees, we may use the 180 degrees on the front, while the light emitted in the opposite direction is not very useful. Therefore, most fluorescent lamps usually use a white shade, which can reflect a considerable part of the reflected light. Generally speaking, the efficiency of fluorescent lamps is only about 70%. The LED fluorescent lamp emits light at 120 degrees, so all the light is effective light. Although sometimes the 120 degree light angle is a little narrower, it is still enough in most cases. And this luminous angle can also be adjusted according to needs.

2. High luminous efficiency of LED fluorescent lamp:

The luminous efficiency of fluorescent lamp is about 58~80lm/w (the luminous efficiency of T8 fluorescent lamp produced by Philips is 72lm/w), while the luminous efficiency of LED lighting T8 fluorescent lamp is more than 100lm/w. Recently, the luminous efficiency of Cree's xlampxp-g has reached 130 lumens /w, and the difference between the two will continue to increase in the future. The gap between the two has now more than doubled. Limited by the continuous development of LED technology, it is likely to reach more than three times the difference in the future.
