PCB splitter vision system

The system mainly uses the high-speed operation of the milling cutter to separate the multi chip PCB according to the pre editing path, replacing the manual breaking or c-cut or push cutting defects, improving the product quality and reducing the scrap rate. The cutting path can also be modified in a single step through the production and editing of the high-pixel CCD teaching. Using the dual worktables as the PCB loading and unloading device, the idle time of the machine can be effectively reduced and the ideal production efficiency can be achieved.

System functional features:

1. It is equipped with high-pixel color industrial camera and magnifying lens, auxiliary program teaching and editing simulation functions, more accurate and clearer images.

2. Tool life monitoring: after cutting a certain distance, the milling cutter will automatically rise / fall to the position of another uncut blade. The up-down distance and times can be freely set according to the blade length to extend the service life of the milling cutter.

3. The transparent safety door design makes the processing process clear at a glance, opens the door for emergency stop to prevent accidents during processing, and provides users with a safe operating environment.

4. Automatic mark positioning correction system, moving path display and tracking, automatic focusing correction function, and higher cutting precision.

5. Three same or different procedures can be used on the same fixture to position through mark respectively, so as to ensure the cutting accuracy.

6. The powerful dust collector can clean and solve the problem of cutting dust. The imported fan makes the dust collection cleaner and lower noise.

7. Use dual worktables to exchange and process PCB substrates to reduce waiting time and increase production capacity.
