Introduction of heating plate of vacuum eutectic furnace

The heating plate is the carrier for placing devices in the vacuum eutectic furnace, which can transmit the energy absorbed into the radiation of quartz lamp to the devices. The radiation capacity of objects accelerates with the increase of temperature. Different heating plate materials of vacuum eutectic furnace will have different effects on the eutectic welding process. At present, the heating plate of vacuum eutectic furnace is usually made of silicon carbide or graphite. What are the characteristics of these two different materials? (1) Coke is a kind of raw material of silicon carbide for smelting at high temperature. It has excellent heat conductivity and corrosion resistance. However, due to the difficult sintering of silicon carbide ceramics, its manufacturing process and production cost are high.


(2) Graphite is a semiconductor grade material with good particle consistency and uniform distribution. It is an allotrope of elemental carbon. The periphery of each carbon element is connected with three other carbon atoms and combined with covalent bonds. Graphite has high density and strength. The isotropy of the material makes it have high compressive strength. It mainly has the following special properties: high temperature resistance, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, lubricity, chemical stability, plasticity and earthquake resistance.


(3) Comparing the physical and chemical characteristics of the above two kinds of heating plate materials of vacuum eutectic furnace, the heating plate of vacuum eutectic furnace adopts graphite material, which has the following advantages:


1. The deformation produced at high temperature is small, which has little influence on the welding devices;


2. Good thermal conductivity, conducive to heat transmission and good uniformity during welding;


3. Good chemical stability, which can ensure no deterioration under the condition of long-term use;


4. Good plasticity and easy processing in the manufacturing process.
