Common faults and treatment methods of reflow furnace

During the use of reflow furnace, there will be some large and small faults, some common small faults. 1. The conveyor belt speed of reflow furnace is unstable


Fault cause: the carbon brush of DC speed regulating motor is worn and there is too much toner.


Treatment method: replace the carbon brush and clean the toner.


2. The temperature of reflow furnace is unstable and fluctuates randomly.


Processing method: on the control board, the temperature analog signal is converted into digital signal, which is amplified by IC (6n137) to generate noise signal.


Treatment: replace IC (6n137).

3. The temperature display of reflow soldering furnace is normal, but the solder paste does not reflow.


Fault cause: the heater fan does not rotate. Because one of the motors is broken and short circuited, the switch #34 and #35 trip.


Treatment: replace the motor and reset the switch.


4. When the red light of reflow soldering furnace is on, the buzzer keeps ringing


Cause: the control buzzer time relay does not work; Open circuit of control thermocouple; The main circuit SSR of the control section is damaged.


Treatment method: check the time relay of the control buzzer; Check the control thermocouple; Check the main circuit SSR of the control section.


5. The reflow furnace does not start when it is started


Cause: the municipal power supply is cut off; Power failure of control power supply; Reset the emergency stop switch.


Treatment method: check the municipal power supply; Check the control power supply; Check the emergency stop switch.


6. During the start-up of reflow furnace, the temperature in the heating area does not rise to the set temperature


Cause: the heater is damaged; The heating point is occasionally faulty; The output terminal of solid state relay is open circuit; Excessive exhaust or unbalanced left and right exhaust volume; The photoelectric isolation device on the control board is damaged.


Treatment method: replace the heater; Check or replace the thermocouple; Replace the solid-state relay; Adjust the air plate of exhaust valve; Replace the photoelectric isolator


7. In the process of temperature rise for a long time, the transport motor is abnormal, and the transport thermal relay detects that the motor is overloaded or stuck


Cause: the red light of the signal lighthouse is on; All heaters stop heating.


Treatment method: reopen the transport thermal relay; Check or replace the thermal relay; Reset the current side value of thermal relay.
