1. Load bearing and vibration requirements of the plant

The bearing capacity of the plant shall be greater than 8kN / level, and the vibration shall be controlled within 70dB.

2. Air source

Many SMT equipment are completed by air pressure, especially the suction and installation of the mounter. The pressure of the air source can use the air source of the project, or an additional air compressor can be configured separately, and the pressure should be greater than 7kg / cm2; The air compressor shall remove oil, dust and water from the compressed air, and the pressure resistant plastic pipe shall be used as the air pipe.

3. Power supply

The power supply voltage of SMT equipment shall be stable, generally single-phase AC220 and three-phase AC380V. If the factory cannot reach it, UPS power supply or voltage regulator shall be configured additionally, otherwise the unstable power supply voltage will easily cause the burning of PLCC / mainboard of the equipment.

7. Temperature and humidity

The plant shall be kept clean and free of dust, soil and corrosive gas. The best environmental control is 24 + 4. Too high temperature will cause equipment downtime, and the humidity will be controlled at 45% - 75%. Too dry will easily produce static electricity, resulting in a large amount of throwing materials by the mounter.

8. Personnel requirements

Operators must be trained in anti-static clothing and anti-static technology according to the requirements of anti-static process, and the operators must wear anti-static shoes and anti-static technology strictly.
