Maintenance of PCB splitter:


1. Common reasons why PCB splitter cannot run or cannot run: lack of battery charging; The connecting line between the battery and the starting motor is disconnected, and the knife type dividing machine. Loose wiring clip or serious oxidation of battery pole; The electromagnetic switch deflector is severely ablated or has poor contact with the two terminals; The brush is excessively worn, the spring is broken, or the brush is stuck in the brush holder; There is oil stain between the brush and the rectifier or the rectifier is severely ablated;

The one-way clutch slips and cannot drive the flywheel ring gear to rotate. The gear of the starting motor is severely worn and cannot mesh with the flywheel ring gear.
