Precautions for the use of aluminum substrate splitting machine

1. Confirm that the components on the circuit board will not collide with the body and blade, and the components on the Board shall not exceed the height of the dividing machine. If the parts on the circuit board touch the blade, do not divide the board, and timely notify the technician to adjust the blade or the supplier to process the blade.

2. According to the size of the circuit board to be cut, press the corresponding split Travel button Travel distance switch.

3. Upper blade height adjustment:

1. Whether the circuit board is sent into the machine along the guide plate and whether it is clean.

2. The neat separation by the blade depends on whether the spacing between the upper blade and the lower blade is appropriate, so the blade height should be adjusted before splitting.

3. When there is no problem after trial cutting, tighten the fixing screw of the adjustment knob.

4. Adjust the plate splitting speed. The speed is divided into two gears: fast and slow. Select the speed according to the needs. If the V-groove on the plate is deep, select the fast gear, otherwise select the slow gear.
