1. The operator of the curve dividing machine shall determine the direction, forward and reverse direction of the dividing plate, and place the dividing plate on the special tool. When placing, press gently with your palm to confirm that the panel has been placed, and then cover the panel tool tightly. At this time, everything is ready. The operator presses the green button with his left hand and right hand, and the worktable automatically enters the dividing position. Click the curve dividing machine button on the software. Pay attention to check that the button is red and observe whether each position to be cut is correct. After inspection, the workbench will exit automatically. After the check result is correct, click the stop button on the software. At this point, the button is red and will turn green after a few seconds.

2. After a series of tests, the curve dividing machine officially began processing. The operator should press the software button, the curve dividing machine starts to work, and the vacuum cleaner, spindle and electrostatic eliminator will also start automatically. When cutting the plate, pay attention to whether the tool position is correct. If the tool position is incorrect, offset or not in the tool position, there is a red tool stop button on the left and right of the tool. At this time, as long as one of them presses the machine, the tool will stop immediately. After the machine stops, you need to find an engineer to solve it.

3. When the curve dividing machine cuts PCB board, the workbench will exit automatically. The cut PCB boards are all qualified products. If there are unqualified products, ask the engineer to modify the milling cutter processing route. After confirming that the cut PCB board is qualified, the operator takes out the cut PCB board and puts it into the PCB board cutting tool.
