Cutting mode of PCB dividing machine

1. Loosen the two positioning plates of the PCB dividing machine and rotate the slider adjustment knob to adjust the distance between the upper and lower cutters, usually with a gap of 0.1-0.2mm.

2. In the same plane, the error shall not exceed 0.1mm. If you rotate clockwise, the tool base will rise, and the distance between the two tools will become larger, otherwise, the smaller. Be careful not to collide two knives or other objects hit the edge of the knife.

3. After the upper and lower cutters are debugged, loosen the fastening screws of the lower positioning plate, adjust the positioning plate so that the blade is aligned with the upper pole of the lower cutter or locked when it is slightly lower than 0-0.2mm.

4. Install the fastening screws of the upper positioning board, align the V-CUT of the PCB board with the blades of the upper positioning board and the lower positioning board, push the sliding handle of the dividing machine by hand, adjust the fine-tuning knob together to make the board have slight resistance back and forth, and then lock the screws.

5. When the PCB splitter is almost finished cutting, it is necessary to catch the cut PCB board by hand so that the components on the PCB board will not be damaged.

When adjusting the cutting distance, it should be carried out according to the standard of asking for cutting products. During the use of the plate splitting machine, some safety devices should be properly installed, so as to effectively avoid the injury of human negligence.
