Classification, advantages and disadvantages of dividing machine

Board splitter usually refers to PCB board splitter, that is, circuit board splitter.

Dividing machine is widely used in electronic product manufacturing industry. Because the traditional manual folding method will produce strong stress and seriously affect the product quality, the manual folding has been basically replaced by machine splitting.

The board splitting machine can be divided into the following types:

1. Knife splitting machine,

2. Stamping plate splitting machine,

3. Milling cutter plate splitter,

4. Laser plate splitter,

5. Guillotine divider.

Advantages and disadvantages of the above four kinds of plate splitting machines:

1. Advantages: low cost, disadvantages: it can only be divided in a straight line. There are burrs.

2. Advantages of stamping plate splitting machine: low cost and high speed for the first time. Disadvantages: due to the need for special board and mold, the later cost is high. Stressed

3. Advantages of milling cutter plate splitting machine: it can divide plates of any shape, with very small stress and no burr on the cutting edge. Disadvantages: the first cost is large.

4. Advantages of laser plate splitting machine: it also has the advantages of milling cutter plate splitting machine, and can perform differential cutting on PCB without stress. Disadvantages: the machine is expensive.

5. Advantages of guillotine splitting machine: pure pneumatic (air pressure commonly used in the factory), small volume (desktop type), large output, can cut aluminum substrate of any width and thickness, and high cost performance
