However, when using the curve dividing machine, we should always pay attention to its cutting position.

1、 The operator of the curve dividing machine shall determine the direction, forward and reverse direction of the dividing plate, place the dividing plate on the special fixture, gently press it down with the palm of your hand when placing it, confirm that the dividing plate has been placed, and then cover the dividing fixture tightly. At this time, everything is ready. When the operator presses the green button with his left and right hands, the workbench will automatically enter the dividing position. Click the curve dividing machine button on the software. Note that the button is red. Observe whether each position to be cut is correct. After the inspection, the workbench will exit automatically. After the inspection results are correct, click the stop button on the software. At this time, the button is red, Wait a few seconds and it will turn green.

2、 After completing a series of tests, the surface dividing machine officially starts processing. The operator should press the software button, the surface dividing machine starts working, and the vacuum cleaner, spindle and electrostatic eliminator will also start automatically. When cutting board, pay attention to whether the cutter position is correct. If the cutter position is incorrect, offset or not in the cutter position, there is a red stop button on the left and right of the cutter. At this time, the machine will stop as soon as one of them is pressed. After the machine stops, you need to find an engineer to solve it.

3、 When the curved surface dividing machine cuts the PCB board, the workbench will exit automatically, and the cut PCB boards are qualified products. If there are unqualified products, find an engineer to modify the milling cutter processing route. After confirming that the cut PCB boards are qualified, the operator will take out the cut PCB board and put it into the PCB board cutting tool.
