How to avoid blockage of automatic glue filling machine?

The automatic glue filling machine will be blocked during glue filling, which will reduce the glue amount, affect the glue filling efficiency, or cause the wrong ratio and affect the glue filling quality. Or the glue cannot be distributed directly, so the machine cannot be used. Then, how to avoid the blockage of the automatic glue filling machine?

1. The mixing pipe of the glue filling machine is blocked. The reason for this phenomenon may be that the glue filling was stopped briefly in the middle, the anti curing function was not turned on, and the glue dried in the mixing pipe. It is also possible that employees forget to clean the mixing pipe after work, resulting in the complete solidification of the glue remaining in the mixing pipe, resulting in blockage. The way to prevent this blockage is actually very simple. If the employee needs to go away for a short period of time, such as ten minutes, twenty minutes or half an hour, turn on the anti curing function of the automatic glue filling machine. If it is off duty time, directly turn on the automatic cleaning function to clean the glue in the mixing pipe.

2. The pipe of glue filling machine is blocked. The reason for this phenomenon may be that there are too many fillers in the glue and precipitate in the pipeline. The better way to solve this problem is to replace the better glue. If you don't want to change the glue, you can put a filter on the funnel and filter it when pouring the glue.

3. The material barrel of the glue filling machine is blocked. If it is not used for a long time, some glue will dry in the barrel. Some customers may replenish the glue once a month or two or three months because of orders. The glue will dry after being put in the barrel for a long time, so in view of this situation, estimate the amount of glue to be used each time, and clean the barrel in the automatic glue filling machine after it is filled.

4. Crystallization blockage: some glue curing agents will absorb water and cause crystallization blockage, such as polyurethane glue. If this glue is used, the machine will be used more frequently. Don't put it too long, because polyurethane glue will absorb moisture. If it is used all the time, the glue can be kept fresh and crystallization can be reduced. If the factory conditions are good, the barrel can be filled with nitrogen. Nitrogen is a protective gas, and the effect of solving glue crystallization is particularly good.

There are three main methods for cleaning the glue filling machine:

1. Traditional cleaning methods. Clean the head of the mixture with volatile solvents such as dichloromethane and dimethylformamide. This method is thorough and cheap, but the problem is that it will pollute the environment. Because the selected chemicals are volatile, toxic and non recyclable, they run counter to the green environmental protection trend advocated today, their use is limited, and they are gradually accepted by the market and phased out.

2. This is washed with high-pressure water. Although this method has the advantages of non-toxic, low cost and simple operation, there is a common problem of incomplete cleaning in industry. At the same time, high-pressure water cleaning will waste water resources and produce a large amount of industrial wastewater, which is not a good cleaning method.

3. Clean with environmentally friendly circulating solvent. From a social point of view, this method is recommended. It is environmentally friendly, recyclable and has good cleaning effect. However, as an enterprise, due to the high cost and the need for equipment and independent systems, it is often difficult for enterprises to accept. At present, there is no cleaning method that is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Therefore, those professional cleaning enterprises should strengthen R & D, actively innovate, strive to develop cheap and environmentally friendly cleaning products as soon as possible, and promote the development of glue filling machine industry.
