IC chip testing, X-RAY equipment helps enterprises improve quality

IC is an integrated circuit, and chips are devices manufactured based on integrated circuit technology. From the detection image, it can be intuitively seen that the X-RAY equipment can clearly transmit the IC, which has good reference value for detecting the quality of the IC.
