Reflow soldering exhaust gas treatment is an important environmental protection work. During the reflow soldering process, the generated exhaust gas usually includes harmful gases such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), etc. If these gases are discharged directly without treatment, they will cause serious pollution to the environment. The following are several common methods for treating reflow soldering exhaust gas:

1. High temperature oxidation method: The exhaust gas is introduced into a high-temperature oxidation chamber and purified by reacting with oxygen. The advantage of this method is high purification efficiency, but it requires a large amount of heat consumption and harsh operating conditions.

2. Catalytic oxidation method: The exhaust gas is introduced into the catalytic oxidation chamber, and the catalyst is used to convert harmful gases into harmless substances. The advantages of this method are low energy consumption and high purification efficiency, but it requires selecting suitable catalysts and optimizing the temperature, pressure, and other conditions of the catalytic oxidation chamber.

3. Adsorption method: The exhaust gas is adsorbed by adsorbents such as activated carbon to remove harmful gases. The advantages of this method are simple operation and high purification efficiency, but it requires regular replacement of the adsorbent.

4. Absorption method: Introduce exhaust gas into an absorbent, and use the absorbent to absorb and decompose harmful gases. The advantage of this method is high purification efficiency, but it requires the selection of appropriate absorbents and operating conditions.

It should be noted that different reflow soldering exhaust gas treatment methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the most suitable treatment method should be selected according to the actual situation. At the same time, when processing reflow soldering exhaust gas, relevant environmental regulations and standards should be strictly followed to ensure that the exhaust gas emissions meet the requirements.
