1、 The operation process of the curve dividing machine

1. The operator of the curve dividing machine first determines the direction and both positive and negative directions of the dividing board, places the dividing board on a special fixture, gently presses down with the palm of their hand, confirms that the dividing board has been placed, and then covers the dividing board tightly. At this point, everything is ready. The operator presses the green button with their left and right hands, and the workbench automatically enters the dividing position. Click on the dividing machine button on the software, pay attention to the red check button, observe whether each cutting position is correct. After the check is completed, the workbench automatically exits. After the check is completed, click the stop button on the software, and the button is red. After a few seconds, it will turn green.

After a series of tests are completed, the curve dividing machine officially starts processing. The operator presses the button on the software, and the dividing machine starts working. The vacuum cleaner, spindle, and static electricity removal will also automatically start. When the cutting machine is working, attention should be paid to observing whether the cutting position is correct. If the cutting position is incorrect, deviated, or not in the cutting position, there are red stop buttons on the left and right sides of the cutting machine. At this time, as long as one of them is pressed, the machine will immediately stop. After the machine stops, it is necessary to promptly find an engineer to solve the problem.

When the curve dividing machine is cutting PCB boards, the workbench automatically exits, and the cut PCB boards are all qualified. If there are any unqualified products, the engineer should be consulted to modify the operation route of the milling cutter to ensure that the cut PCB boards are qualified. The operator can then take out the cut PCB boards and put them into the cutting tool.
